1. General Policy
Due to the customized nature of our software and website development services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable, as they cover planning, consultation, and resource allocation.
3. Eligibility for Partial Refund
A partial refund may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started, and
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of FEDORA PC LIMITED.
4. Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed milestones
- Delivered source code or design assets
- Approved project phases
5. Third-Party Costs
Expenses paid to third parties (hosting, plugins, domains, APIs, licenses) are strictly non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and immediate termination of services.
